মোঃ রেদওয়ানুল ইসলাম রুহান এর জন্ম ঝিনাইদহ জেলার কালীগঞ্জের বেথুলী গ্রামে। পিতা মোঃ ওবায়দুল ইসলাম ও মাতা রেকসনা খাতুন। পিতা মোঃ ওবায়দুল ইসলাম খুলনা শহরের সনামধন্য পশ্চিম টুটপাড়া মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষক। সেই সূত্রে তার বেড়ে ওঠা খুলনাতে। স্কুল জীবন শেষ করেছেন সেন্ট জোসেফ হাই স্কুল থেকে ও উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক শেষ করেছে সরকারি এম এম সিটি কলেজ থেকে। বর্তমানে সরকারি ব্রজলাল কলেজে বি.এস.এস (সন্মান) এ অধ্যায়ন করছেন। ছোটবেলা থেকে শিল্প, সাহিত্য ও সংস্কৃতি বিষয়ক কর্মকান্ডের সাথে যুক্ত ছিলেন। স্কুল জীবন থেকেই বাংলাদেশ স্কাউট, উদীচি, সাংস্কৃতিক ক্লাব সহ বিভিন্ন সংগঠনের সাথে যুক্ত ছিলেন। সাহিত্য পত্রিকা স্ফুলিঙ্গে লেখার মধ্যদিয়ে লেখালেখির শুরু হয়। যুক্ত ছিলেন শিশু সাংবাদিকতার সাথেও। কালের কন্ঠ, আজকের বার্তা, সত্য সংবাদ, জাগ্রত, আজকের বরিশাল, বিসিএন চ্যানেল সহ বিভিন্ন নিউজ চ্যানেলে কাজ করেছেন। ২০১৭ সালে খুলনা শহরের ভিন্নধর্মী সমাজসেবা সংগঠন আলোর পথযাত্রী সংগঠন (আপস) প্রতিষ্ঠার মাধ্যমে সংগঠক ভাবে পরিচয় লাভ করতে শুরু করেন। রোটারেক্ট ক্লাব অব খুলনা এর ২০১৭-১৮ এর প্রেসিডেন্ট এর দায়িত্ব পালন করেছেন। জারিগানে অবদানের জন্য জাতীয় শিক্ষা সপ্তাহ-২০১৮, ক্ষুদে সংগঠক ও ক্ষুদে সাংবাদিকতায় অবদান রাখার জন্য খুলনা জেলা প্রশাসন অ্যাওয়ার্ড পেয়েছেন। বর্তমানে আলোর পথযাত্রী সংগঠন (আপস) এর প্রতিষ্ঠাতা সভাপতির দায়িত্ব পালন করছেন। বর্তমানে বেসরকারি উন্নয়ন সংস্থা সুশীলন- লিড বাংলাদেশ প্রজেক্ট এর ইয়ুথ লিডার হিসাবে জলবায়ু নিয়ে ব্রিটিশ কাউন্সিল এর সাথে কাজ করছেন। Post navigation আলোর পথযাত্রী সংগঠন (আপস) এর দৌলতপুর শাখাতে সদস্য সংগ্রহ চলছে।
